1. Using Kapi
These terms govern your use of Kapi and this website, provided by the operator of Kapi. Kapi helps you time activities and reflect on your day. Use it lawfully, and if your age requires a parent or guardian’s agreement under applicable law, obtain that agreement.
Kapi is available on the App Store for iOS. The Android version is in development. The website demo is a sample experience, not a backup or a connection to your app’s records. Features may change in future updates. No paid plan, subscription, or purchase flow is currently offered by this service.
2. Your records
You retain the rights to the content you enter. Kapi does not claim ownership of your journal. You are responsible for what you enter and for protecting your device. Kapi does not provide its own cloud backup or recovery service; removing app data, deleting the app, or changing devices may make records unavailable.
Kapi is a personal reflection tool. It is not intended as a certified payroll, billing, medical, or safety-critical timing system.
3. Appropriate use and ownership
Do not use Kapi to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Kapi’s application code, branding, illustrations, and other supplied materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms permit personal use of the service and do not transfer ownership of those materials.
4. Privacy and other providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Device platforms, hosting, analytics, and any email service have their own applicable terms. This website automatically collects usage analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and your rights
We aim to keep Kapi useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every function will always be error-free. We may update or discontinue features, with notice where reasonably possible or legally required. You can stop using the service at any time.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional wrongdoing or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited. The protections required by the laws that apply to you remain in place.
6. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Contact us using the details below for questions about Kapi or these terms.
