Contact Kapi
For a bug report, include your device model, iOS/Android version, app version, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it. If you attach a screenshot, hide any private activity labels or personal information first. Do not send your full journal or a device backup.
For a privacy request, explain what you would like us to review or change. We only ask for additional information if needed to understand or verify your request.
How to track your time with Kapi
Kapi records the time you actually spend. Its stopwatch counts up, so there is no target duration to set before studying, working, cooking, or resting.
- Start a moment when your activity begins. You can leave the app and return later; the saved start time keeps the elapsed time accurate.
- Finish the moment when you are done. Choose a recent or built-in activity, or enter your own label. Time spent naming it is not added to the recorded duration.
- Save the activity to add a Kapi to your daily room. Open History and choose a date to see its timeline and time spent by activity. Use the weekly view to look back across days.
- If a record needs a correction, edit its activity or start and end times in the app.
- Forgot to start? Add the missed activity manually with its start and end times.
Can I correct a record or add one I missed?
In the app, use the record-editing controls to correct its activity or start/end time. You can also add a missed record manually. The website demo is separate; its sample moments disappear when the page reloads.
Where are my records? Can you restore them?
App records are on your device. Kapi does not have a server copy, account-based sync, or its own backup/import/export feature. Operating-system backups or device transfers may include app data according to your settings. We cannot recover local records that are no longer available; check your device provider’s backup guidance.
How do I delete my data?
There is no Kapi account to delete. On Android, clear Kapi’s app storage in system settings. On iOS, use Delete App, not Offload App. This removes local app data according to the operating system; manage device backups separately. Previously collected analytics is separate from local journal data.
How do I change the language?
The app follows your device or per-app language: Korean is shown for Korean, and English for other languages. The website also provides a language switch. Your device’s current local time determines the room background.
Where can I download Kapi?
